Public hearing of Common Pleas

The Superior Court of San Andreas

The Superior Court of San Andreas, having reasonable jurisdiction over both civil and criminal matters brought before it, orders that a public hearing of Common Pleas shall be conducted each Saturday, commencing at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time and running until 9:30 p.m. Eastern Time, in the Upstairs Courtroom of the Courthouse on Picture Perfect Drive.

At that hearing, citizens of the State of San Andreas may be heard on their grievances, may request appeal of any matter this Court has decided, or may otherwise petition the Court for a decision in a new matter.

These hearings continue as a regular calendar call until this Standing Order is revoked or superseded. The Court may, from time to time, suspend, cancel, or continue a date for extenuating circumstances, and will make every effort to inform the public of that change ahead of time.

Statement of Monetary Claim

The form that opens a case in the Common Pleas Court. It names the plaintiff and the defendant, states the sum claimed, demands court costs of $350, and carries the instructions to both sides and the command of service to law enforcement.
