Common Pleas

A public hearing of Common Pleas is held each Saturday from 9:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Eastern Time, in the Upstairs Courtroom of the courthouse on Picture Perfect Drive. That call is Standing Order No. 2026-001. It continues until the Chief Judge revokes it or a later order takes its place.

At the call, a citizen may be heard on a grievance, may ask for an appeal of a matter this Court has decided, or may petition for a decision in a new matter. The Court may suspend, cancel, or continue a date, and will try to say so ahead of time.
